Cylinders are shipped with full air and dangerous good classification for transport. If you wish no air to save on transport, we have to make a visual test (mandatory). If you choose to leave the cylinder with air, it is your responsibility to change the air and perform the visual test on the cylinder.

Please note that cylinders shipped to the USA will be shipped without air.
Since the cylinder is made of aluminum, it has no expiration date
